Welcome to Mountain View Electric Association’s web site. MVEA, incorporated in 1941, is a not-for-profit electric cooperative owned and run by the members it serves. We provide electric service to a portion of eight counties located within a 5,000 square mile territory. A board of directors from seven different geographic districts and elected by the members, governs our business. MVEA’s headquarters is in Limon, Colorado, with a large operations center located in Falcon, just east of Colorado Springs. MVEA Scholarship application forms are now available. High School Seniors don't miss out on a $1,000 scholarship! MVEA will be awarding ten (10) $1,000 scholarships, one (1) $1,000 Vo/Tech scholarship, and one (1) $1,000 E.A. "Mick" Geesen Memorial Scholarship. Basin Electric also awards one (1) $1,000 scholarship as does Tri-State Generation and Transmission. Our deadline for applications is January 15.
