Mountain View Electric Association, Inc.'s 2013 Annual Meeting of members will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at Falcon High School, 10255 Lambert Road, Falcon, Colorado, 80831, registration and dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. and business meeting begins at 7 p.m. for the following purposes:

- To elect two directors of the Association - one from District 3 and one from District 5, all as provided by the Association's Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation;
- To approve and confirm the minutes of the last Annual Meeting of Members;
- To receive and act upon the report on business transacted since the last annual meeting, and to report on financial transactions during calendar year 2012; and
- To conduct such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
Note: Members of Record as of the close of business on April 25, 2012 will be entitled to notice of the 2013 Annual Meeting of Members and will be eligible to vote in the 2013 Director elections.
In the event the Board of Directors has authorized voting by mail, printed ballots, together with information on the issue and/or qualifications of all candidates, will be included in the mailed notice to members. The deadline for receipt of returned ballots from the member to the Association will be June 12, 2013. Such date is the last day of postal devilery prior to the Annual Meeting day.
