Member Demand Charge per month per kVA: $10.23

Minimum Monthly Charge per Meter

The minimum monthly billing charge shall be the greatest of the following charges as determined for the consumer in question:

1. The minimum charge specified in the contract for service;
2. A charge of $1.50 per kVA of installed transformer capacity;
3. A charge of $75.00.
